About the event
We are thrilled to announce the return of our popular chocolate class! Our last event was a tremendous success, and we can't wait for you to join us again. This time, Yeli Marshall from Yelibelly Chocolates will give us a choice to savor wine or whiskey while learning the art of pairing chocolate.
The plan:
5:00 PM- We’ll gather at Astoria Caffe & Wine Bar (15701 Quorum Dr, Addison, TX 75001) for dinner and socializing.
7:00 PM- We'll move to Yelibelly Chocolates in Addison for the class.
The details:
The class will last a little over an hour, depending on the conversation flow. You'll learn about the chocolate-making process, how cacao's origin influences flavor, and the best wine or whiskey pairings. We will taste single-origin chocolates from various countries, flavor-infused bonbons, and more.
